Tracy Syler-Jones

Tracy Syler-Jones is a certified nature and forest therapy guide and founder of Tending Wisdom Nature & Forest Therapy, where she curates gentle, restorative experiences in nature that support nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and renewal. Certified through the Association of Nature & Forest Therapy Guides and Programs in May 2025, she is committed to helping individuals reconnect with themselves, one another, and the living world.

Tracy brings more than 25 years of award-winning leadership in marketing and communications, guiding teams within mission-driven nonprofit organizations including higher education and the YMCA. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to helping individuals and organizations reach their highest potential, work that now finds new expression in nature-based well-being practices.

She leads forest therapy walks throughout Fort Worth and Mansfield, creating accessible spaces for reflection, stress relief, and joy. Tracy holds a BA in Journalism from San Diego State University and an Executive MBA from Texas Christian University. She is an active community leader, serving on the board of Uplift Education and contributing to the Fort Worth Botanic Garden’s marketing subcommittee. She is also a graduate of Leadership Fort Worth.

Through her advisory service, Tracy is especially interested in the intersection of ecological belonging, personal well-being, and community resilience.
